Position Title:  Integrated Marketing Manager


Reports to:  Senior Director of Integrated Marketing


Job Summary:


The Integrated Marketing Manager is the link between our salesforce (the client) and the Integrated Marketing team. This position will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of properties, connecting with Vice Presidents, General Managers, and the sales team.  S/he will liaise between properties and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our marketing solutions according to their needs.


  • Build account teams who embrace a client first approach and deliver holistic solutions versus being a fulfillment department.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for GM’s and VP’s relating to any and all matters specific to your properties.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Manage 1 direct report (Account Coordinator) and lead cross-departmental account team (Graphics, Research, Experiential).
  • Identify and share new revenue-driving opportunities within regions and properties and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Participate in large regional meetings and provide updates on projects and product/service offerings.
  • Conduct meetings with the properties as well as inform them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Establish relationships with new sellers and maintain/nurture business relationships with existing sellers.
  • Proactively identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking and provide support materials for prospecting and category analysis.
  • Collaborate with counterparts to ensure consistent communication and information sharing across all regions
  • Develop best practices, successful sales concepts and testimonial examples for wide distribution to the sales force.
  • Manage property coordinator inclusion and development.
  • Monitor work performance of colleagues.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients and account team members.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.



A proven leader with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Account management or other relevant experience with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude and a team-oriented mindset.


  • Minimum 3 Years in Management Experience
  • Proven ability in project management
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
