Reports to: Manager of Research & Analytics


Job Summary:


The Research & Analytics Coordinator will produce the research & analytics utilized in Sales Proposals & Collateral material. They will be assigned to an account team in order to provide this information to various properties.


Job Duties:


  • Work with Account Team to provide Research & Analytics to increase property revenue
  • Research Requests
    • Use existing research sources to source data (including Nielsen Scarborough Research)
    • Prepare Reports for Sellers
      • Receive requests
      • Discuss seller/client needs
      • Prepare proposal charts
      • Review use of charts with sellers prior to presentation
    • Report on Usage to Management
  • Research Charts
    • Provide the above research reports in a form easily inserted into proposals
    • Assess new ways to present the reports
      • Use of new graphics
      • Use of client graphics
    • Disseminate information to properties
  • Industry Trending and Changes
    • Study market and industry trends and disseminate information to appropriate sellers
    • Analyze data to identify internal and external industry trends
    • Provide competitive market research insight, including local market advertisers
  • Research Surveys
    • Creation and execution of surveys for data development
  • Prospecting Resources
    • Understand and train sales team on best use of resources
    • Manage vendor relationships and subscriptions



A through understanding and knowledge of resources providing quality research & analytics. Knowledge of sports sponsorship inventory. Creative “know how” of telling a research and analytics story to increase property revenue. Ability to think critically about data and how it relates to the sponsorship sales process.
